The Alaska Land Title Association (ALTA) is the state professional association and voice of the title insurance industry. ALTA members search, review and insure land titles to protect home buyers and mortgage lenders who invest in real estate.
Members of the association are in business in communities throughout Alaska. Nearly all title insurance companies and agents in the state hold ALTA Membership. Associate members of ALTA may include attorneys, builders, developers, lenders, real estate brokers, surveyors, consultants, educational institutions, computer services firms, and related national trade associations.

We exist to provide a forum which enhances our member’s professional growth, thus promoting the open exchange of information and ideas; and providing the opportunity for members to enjoy the camaraderie of our compatriots in our industry and marketplace.

ALTA provides regular educational programs which keep our members on the leading edge of technical, product service systems and business building techniques.
Protection
Alaska Land Title Association ensures the preservation and integrity of the private and public systems of land title evidencing and public land records.

We set and maintain sound ethical business practices of the industry for the protection of consumers, preserving the right of property ownership for all.
Connection

Title Industry Education
The Alaska Land Title Association provides a forum to enhance our member’s professional growth, promoting the open exchange of information and ideas and providing the opportunity for members to enjoy the camaraderie of our compatriots in our industry and marketplace.
